Welcome to Mini Waewae. This website is owned and operated by Mini Waewae. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mini Waewae. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”, “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website.
1. Overview & Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your region of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Sizing & Product Accuracy
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colours and images of our baby/toddler sock shoes as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display will perfectly match the actual product colour.
- Sizing Guidance: Any sizing charts, age brackets, or measurement guides provided on our website are estimates only. Because toddler feet grow at different rates, it is the customer's responsibility to measure their child's feet before purchasing.
- Stock Limits: All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. If we cancel an order, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout and issue a full refund.
- Currency: All prices listed on www.miniwaewae.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST (if applicable), unless stated otherwise.
- Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through major credit cards and any available third-party payment gateways (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Buy Now Pay Later services) displayed at checkout.
- Delivery: Risk and title of the goods pass to you upon delivery to your specified address.
- Delays & Loss: While we use trackable courier services, Mini Waewae is not liable for delayed deliveries, packages stolen after delivery, or parcels lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Your purchases are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy. By purchasing from Mini Waewae, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- Exchanges are processed at your own risk and depend entirely on available stock when your package arrives back to us.
- We cannot hold or reserve replacement items while your return parcel is in transit.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to avoid, limit, or exclude your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA). If you are purchasing products for personal use, you enjoy full statutory protections regarding faulty or misrepresented goods.
